Digital Playbook
In 2015 Nike underwent a significant transformation to how it creates and manages its global merchandising assortments. These changes impacted over 500 employees serving as merchants, as well as partner functions such as product development and sales. As part of the change management team preparing the organization for this shift, Cindy led the communication efforts to include executive level presentations and marketing materials explaining the impact and changes. As a helpful tool, Cindy designed and created the Nike Merchandising Digital Playbook which was instrumental in helping team members understand the new way teams would be working in the evolved framework.
