Talent Campaign
To help attract new talent at AeroVironment, Cindy worked with the People & Culture Talent Acquisition team to develop a series of playful videos to showcase on social media. The goal was to capture the attention of recent college grads and junior professionals into a career at AV where their innovative ideas can be realized.
Through the partnership with an outside agency, “Just Another Day at AV” was born and through it a fresh, new way of capturing the attention of young engineers.
